Welcome to session number four. Please come in and make yourself comfortable.

Following on from character development, our topic today is theme in fiction. A story’s theme is closely related to its character arcs and it is something that gives you a reason to tell a story, makes your story worth telling and can add an extra dimension of depth and meaning to it. We are going to be looking at how to find and use themes in your fiction and in ancient Greece, we will be meeting a selection of the personalities you could meet while walking the streets of ancient Athens. Please lie down, but do not take your outdoor shoes off, and let’s begin.
